Thanks to the machine's lightweight design and the extensive use of CFRP our technologies are to be unequaled reliable and low-maintenance.
If however there should have ocurred something, our service technicians are immediately on duty. In many cases errors, especially operating errors and software problems, can be fixed via telephone support. In few exceptions our service technicians need to be on site.
In order to enable the machine to run permanently - without malfunctions - we attach great importance to the training of the operating personnel and the simple care of the machine.
