Maintenance
Maintenance is an important aspect for the customer after the purchase of the HSM-MODAL®. Even low-maintenance machines should be checked and maintained regularly in order to ensure correct and long-lasting operation.
Our customers can opt for two main possibilities of dealing with this issue. On the one hand, we can train our customer's employees in maintenace of the HSM-MODAL®. On the other hand, we offer our customers maintenance contracts which can cover, depending on our customer's requirements, a wide range of maintenance issues. For example, software upgrades and checks of machine components represent such issues.
