Step 1: Advice and order
We discuss questions with the customer in the course of a preliminary talk. The production starts with the customer's order in written form.
Step 2: Data transfer and data preparation
The customer provides us with surface data or solids. We generate milling programs based on this data.
No data?
In case that the customer does not have any data at his disposal, we can scan a sample and herefrom generate surface data.
Step 3: Milling
We mill the customer's model and mould.
Step 4 (optional): Extruding
We can extrude small and large surfaces with our HSM-MODAL® evenly and without air locks. If reasonable, we also offer extrusion by hand.
Step 5: Finishing
Milling in the paste creates a highly smooth surface, further treatment is often not necessary.
Step 6: (optional)
The customer's model or mould can be further worked on with the assistance of GRP- and CFRP- processing partners.
