The requested size of the operation range of the HSM-MODAL® and the resulting dimensions of the machine play an important role with regard to decision making. Our space calculator helps you determine the respective measures.
You can use the space calculator for:
- calculating the outer dimensions of the machine. Depending on the requested size of the operation range of the machine based on 3-axis mode (calculating space).
- calculating the operation range of the possibly largest machine that fits into a room defined by you (calculate operation range).
Please note that the operation range based on 3-axis mode is defined as the maximum range which can be traversed linearly and operated in by the tool head (with theoretical tool length of zero).
