Remote Diagnosis
From 2004 onwards EEW has equipped all HSM-MODAL® Macchines with hard and software that enables remote diagnosis and remote control of the customer’s machines via the Internet. This allows EEW to remotely diagnose and analyze machine problems, if desired by the customer, and to plan necessary measures, install programs externally and control and operate the machine remotely. In addition, upgrades and control software parameter settings can also be quickly carried out remotely.
It goes without saying that remote diagnosis and control is only possible if explicitly permitted by the customer. The customer always has full control of the Internet connection and therefore of the possibilities of central access to the customer’s machine.
Customers operating earlier HSM-MODAL®models can also profit from this offer. They can upgrade there machines with the necessary hard and software. Such an upgrade usually takes no more than half a day.
